Yes, you can.  Play money* games can be shown by using the game selector in the Poker Lobby.

• Click on Cash Games (these are Ring Games)
• Select Play Money > Hold'em.
• Right-click on a table from the list to join the table.

To see your Play Money funds available, click on the Add Chips button while at a Play Money table.  Play money can be topped up once every hour to a maximum of 5000 chips.  To top up your balance, click Account on the menu bar at the top of the lobby screen and choose Play Money Top-Up.
