Please make sure that your Mac is Intel based, otherwise you will be unable to run our software. If this is not the case, it's most likely a permissions issue. Please follow the steps below which may fix the problem for you:
- Restart your Mac and hold down COMMAND + R during restart to open the Repair Utilities screen
- In the menu bar, click on Utilities and then select Terminal
- Terminal will open, and at the command prompt type resetpassword
- The Reset Password tool opens, but you won’t actually change the password. Instead, select the hard disk and the relevant user account from the drop-down menu
- In the area called Reset Home Directory Permissions and ACLs, click the Reset button to reset everything
- Reboot and try to run the software.
