New poker software won't open on my Mac

Please make sure that your Mac is Intel based, otherwise you will be unable to run our software. If this is not the case, it's most likely a permissions issue.  Please follow the steps below which may fix the problem for you:

  • Restart your Mac and hold down COMMAND + R during restart to open the Repair Utilities screen
  • In the menu bar, click on Utilities and then select Terminal
  • Terminal will open, and at the command prompt type resetpassword
  • The Reset Password tool opens, but you won’t actually change the password. Instead, select the hard disk and the relevant user account from the drop-down menu
  • In the area called Reset Home Directory Permissions and ACLs, click the Reset button to reset everything
  • Reboot and try to run the software.
