All poker bonus codes should be entered in the Cashier at the time you make your deposit.   To check that it has been added to your poker account, click on Promotions at the top of the poker lobby window and select Active Bonuses.  Make sure the bonus is in your account before you start to play so that all VIP points earned go towards releasing the bonus.

If you are claiming a first deposit bonus, you must download and set up your poker account by choosing a nick name before you make your deposit.  Then, when you make your deposit and enter the bonus code via the Cashier the bonus will be added successfully.  If, however, the poker account is not set up before you make the deposit, the code will not be redeemed successfully and you will need to contact Player Services for assistance.
