If you receive the message 'Only one running instance of this application is allowed' when trying to login to our poker room, it could be that another poker application from the same network (different website) is already running on your computer.  Please close the other poker application and try again.  If the error persists we advise you to uninstall the poker software program via the control panel on your computer.

• Go to the Start Menu
• Click on Control Panel
• In the window that opens, choose 'Add or Remove Programs'
• Look for the program's name and then choose 'Remove' and then 'OK' in the uninstall dialog box

You should now download and install the poker software again.

Note:  When you uninstall the poker room, any hand histories for your play up to this point will be deleted.  Should you wish to keep those histories, please save the hand histories folders to your desktop before uninstalling.
